Very limited ice cream choices since they remodeled. They even let go of black walnut AND they don't carry butter pecan ice... cream. Very inconvenient and all of the other ice cream flavors are not to my liking. So now I have to take a 20 min drive to adifferent location. What's the use of having 31 flavors if you're not going to even carry half? Needless to say this locationwill not get money from me Read more
Well yeah it's a Dunkin Donuts. Nothing special right? The cutomer service here is top notch. Great tasting food and beverages... are a close 2nd. Being clean and well cared for. Wow what's not to love? Read more
They make me iced coffee every day that I come to work, except today. Fast service, friendly staff, excellent craftsmanship. We came in as a party of 6. We were the only people there but were rushed to order. People started coming in and we felt even... more rushed. We had to pay for the things we ordered and move to the back of the line. We have a foreign exchange student fromChina and it takes her some time to order. We finally ordered and paid for all of our food and drinks. We had to go remind theguy making coffee that we never got ours. He asked what we had and we had to give him out drink order again. I received my foodand the turkey sausage flatbread was really good, but I looked in my bag of hash browns and there were 6 pieces and it justfilled the bottom of the bag. I asked the guy to fill it up and he said that it was a typical order. They were really good butnot enough. My daughter iced coffee was bad according to her. We have a local Dunkin Donuts that gives us much better service.Try to smile at least people! Read more
Boyfriend and I went to get some ice cream. There were only two people working and we've never had a problem before with only... two workers. There was a few people ahead of us waiting for ice cream and one of the workers was going back and forth. By thetime our turn came up we waited by the ice cream for 15 minutes for one of the workers. They were both working coffee station.We decided to wait in the other line but to no luck they were moving slower. I'm not sure either knew exactly what they weredoing. I used to work at a dunkin and could move faster than that by myself. There was about 6 people in line. 4 of us leftbecause they weren't helping us. Read more
