Made a online order. Picked it up on lunch. Got home opened up my sandwich and they forgot to add the meats. It was only... veggies. Called spoke with lady on the phone. They said come up there and they would give me another sandwich. I told her I hadto go back to work I was on lunch. So they said they would make it when I came back but didn?t take any of my info or anythingto even know who I was or what my order was. I?m going back after work and will update later. We will see. We were there today, there was only 2 employees working. Those 2 should recieve a reward, for it being very busy, and keeping... the line going, including drive through. My sub was AWEFUL. The turkey was ICE cold, and tasted insanely old, fishy almost. The mabank subway is way, way better. This... was a horrible experience. If you?re thinking about catering, DONT. I was told I was going to get 5 platters, 2 ham, 2 turkey, and 1 roast beef, that feeds... 20-30 people for $50. I was charged 39.99, and the lady gave herself an $8 tip without my consent. She was let go a few dayslater and someone else had to make the food the next week. She only made 1 platter and when I asked what was up she gave me her?regional managers? number because they didn?t have a general manager. I called her, Becky, and when I told her what happenedshe got very rude and basically called me stupid for thinking I could get 5 platters for $50, and she wouldn?t give me a refundfor the 1 platter I did buy because they weren?t allowed to take the food back. We ended up getting 5 pizzas that filledeveryone up for $35. And not only that, but the platter they made was DISGUSTING. They need better training, a general manager,and regional manager who doesn?t have the worst customer service. She can catch the hands ANY day. Made an online order and at 9:15 they had already closed their doors. After having to call the store and inform them Google says... 10pm and we had already paid for our food which said 9:25pm pick up. So unwillingly, the young girl went on and made our food.We get home to see what our dinner really looked like and what it was. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and paid for extra blackolives and onion. Just look at the pics. I mean half the sandwich is inside this bag. Read more
I ordered ahead to save time so the ice cream wouldn?t melt and wasted it instead!! We arrived at 8:05 and my order wasn?t even... ready. We?ve been sitting here almost fifteen minutes now and they are still working on it. It?s only four foot longs!! The twoguys working are talking with each other taking their sweet time. Other customers have walked in and got their food madealready. They even had a girl in street clothes walking around in the back eating cookies!! They wanted to blame the wait on anolder customer before us that had been complaining.... I see WHY she was upset. I?ll be going to another location from now on.It?s now 8:21 and we just got our food. Pitiful service. Just wondering if you are recently under new management. The sandwiches from this location used to be the best I ever had from... any Subway. But recently they lack, missing ingredients, wrong ingredients, out of ingredients such as ham. Read more
