I give this store 0 stars. This is the worst pizza restaurant I?ve ever order from. When I placed my order it said 35 min for... delivery. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes I call the store and they tell me they are fixing to make my order. Why say it?s35 minutes for delivery if you?re not even going to make the pizza until over an hour after the order is placed. I will neverrecommend dominos pizza in Gun Barrel City to anyone. I love their Philly cheese steak pizza. My fav. It's been hit n miss here lately. Burning pizza, not having it ready when they... or the app says it's ready. A lot of the employees are busy talking and playing around. One of the delivery drivers almost hitme because she couldn't be patient while I backed into the parking spot. Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:04p expected pick up time was 5 30p-540p . Pizza was completed at 624p both pizzas were wrong .The order... was not difficult. One large Brooklyn style pepperoni .one large thin crust sausage onion and mushroom. Both pizzas were thincrust pepperoni. What's disheartening is that the reciept was right and attached to the box. When calling them back to explainthe situation the employee seemed unbothered uncaring and offered no apologies. also stated it would be another 15 to 45 minsto make fresh pizza.this is not the service that this dominos store has presented in the past,and if this is their future Iwould be worried. I ordered a pizza for my family. The wait would be 45 minutes for delivery. It's been 2 hours now and no pizza. Update: The... general manager finally showed. His unprofessionalism and anger toward me made me and my child feel uncomfortable. I said myhusband was on the phone trying to get a refund. He put the boxes in my face and said take them. I replied saying I didn't wantto take free food. He continued wiggling the boxed not even 5 inches from my face so I took them. The pizza is cold as ice andsmells like feet. Read more
My first job was Dominos, and I love our lake community restaurants, so It pains me to write this. I've owned 3 restaurants,... including a pizza place, and 99% of my reviews are positive. But this was a very dissatisfied visit. Three people standingaround as we came in the door, and not one acknowledgement that we were at the counter. No, "Welcome, be with you in a minute!".No acknowledgement at all that we were there. The three just kept piddling around. After about 4-5 minutes, a black gentlemancame from the back and took our order and was friendly. (The only one I would not fire on the spot. He needs a raise.) Then, Isaw on the board the pizza was done. Noone called our name. They just boxed it and placed it on the shelf. The little shortguy with the colored hair was the worst. He just looked at me. I stood up, and walked to the counter and watched as he fiddledaround with this and that, and again, I stood there. Finally after standing at the counter, again for a few minutes, a kid cameup and asked if he could help. I told him my order was done.... Now the pizza was great, but 3/4 of the employees definitelyneed training on customer attentiveness. We were in the restaurant the whole time, and the ONLY customers inside the wholetime. I ordered online, and the pizza arrived when expected. However, the pizza was made with NO CHEESE and was extremely... greasy. Mistakes happen, so I called and let them know. I was told a credit would be applied to my account. When I went toredeem said credit I was told it didn't exist. I then called the corporate number and they said someone would be in touch. Apparently the cheese dip doesn't come with bread anymore. I ordered the five cheese dip, 16 piece bread bites with 2 garlic... dipping cups. I guess you order the bread that used to come with it separate now. Food is good though.. they forgot my garlicsauce but the dip is good with the 16 piece bread bites..
