I've been here at least five different times. I order online and go in to pickup. I'm greeted when I come in and my food is... always ready sitting the time frame given online. The food is hot and exactly as I ordered it. This is the first Wing Stop I'vebeen to (from Florida to Louisiana to Virginia) that consistently cooks great wings and gets my order exactly right. Was friendly welcomed and helped right away. It has like 4 tables and 1 bench and it is small. Food is ok.
The worst part about calling Wingstop the employees that tell you what you wait I will take your order and they come back in the... phone and hang up the phone with you because experience when you in the store that do the same thing to the other customers thenthe other line that's poor customer service if they don't want to take orders find you another job Read more

Customer service was awesome Ms. Shay and Ms. Radiance was more then willing to help get my order paid for since they didnt have... contactless payment options they was patient with me as i replace my order online. As far as the food my fries was a bit coldbut it still was good, my wings was made just how i asked them to be made. So overall this is 1 of the best restaurants tovisit.... Read more
Wing-top on pass rd in Gulfport just gave my wife and I burnt wings. We live almost 25 minutes away The manager doesn?t care... that I drove so far to get my food and refuses to redo my order of wings if I don?t get back out tonight and bring them back. Average wing experience and nothing to write home about. The usual flavors: Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Honey Bbq, Dry rub. No longer... a discount for vets just active duty military. Currently lobby is closed because of Covid. Read more
On a busy Friday night there are a bunch of rude customers who didn?t call ahead; demanding they get ahead of the people who?ve... already placed their order, and saying an hour is too long, the staff was very polite and handled themselves accordingly.
