One of my worst Wendy?s experiences. Special order of plain cheeseburger on pretzel bun came out as plain hum burger on regular... bun. Dave?s single clearly made hours before. Peppermint frosty was more like peppermint cold soup. Read more
As we were walking in on Tuesday 11/15/2022 around 1:00PM, the cashier (with a brown sweatshirt, pot leaf lanyard & neck... tattoos) was cussing about us walking in as she was stocking cups. I ignored the rude comment and stood there talking with aco-worker patiently allowing her to finish the task. She looked at us and rudely asked what we wanted. My co-worker said oh I?msorry, we didn?t realize you were ready you looked busy. She snapped back I am busy. She continued to be rude throughout theentire process as we ordered a good bit of food for our co-workers as well. Another couple walked in and she was the same way.She was beyond rude and condescending. There is never a reason where a customer should be treated badly for simply walking intoan establishment. We were in line for over 15 minutes, nobody in front of us...The guy kept looking out the window almost to look to see if we... were going to leave. Finally I said hello and he says " go head". We pull up to the window for another 10 minutes The guy saysthey want a sweet tea and the girl says Do you think I give a f what these people want. Very rude service. Read more
We sat in line for 45 minutes. When we got to the window, they told us they were out of some of the things we ordered. After... waiting 15 more minutes for our food, we didn't receive everything we ordered. The lady at the drive through was not friendlyand didn't apologize for the mess up or delay. Terrible service.
