This is the absolute WORST Wendy's I've ever been to in my life & that's not an exaggeration. The staff here have an attitude... with YOU because THEY chose to work there. Look, I understand post pandemic times are hard & customers can be entitled &difficult to work with. I know hiring for fast food is hard right now, but yall gotta just putting warm bodies in this store. Bare minimum, treat your... management well and train them so that you can hold them accountable when you are getting the constant negative reviews thatthis store gets. A good manager will not allow or contribute to rude treatment of its customers. Why would anyone want to go toa place where they are treated like an inconvenience to the employees? If I could rate a zero I would. I placed a mobile order. Drove to pick it up about 15-20 mins later. When I arrived, they... directed me to pull to the second window. I waited at the second window for about 10-15 mins- with no acknowledgement of anysort. Finally, they gave us our drinks and handed us our food. There was no "hello" no courtesy whatsoever. When they handed usthe food, they haphazardly toss it to us saying "it's all there." I checked the bag and nearly half (perhaps 1/3 is betterestimate) is missing. Wow. Really. I understand miscounting an order of fries but really... the order wasn't big. 1 BourbonBurger meal 1- 10 PC spicy nugget meal (missing the nuggets and fries) 2- 6pc nugget (missing one of the nugget) 2- smallfries..... Now it's approaching AN ENTIRE HOUR SINCE I CAME TO PICK UP THE ORDER ORIGINALLY *update* I drive to pick up themissing items and the girl at the window just looks as me. No "can I help you" or anything. The manager approached and claimed"she knows she put the nuggets in the bag." So I then repeat to her that she did, however there were two others missing. I waited in the drive thru and nothing comes through the speaker. I wait at the speaker 5-10 minutes until the other car in... front of me finishes at the window. I tell her the speaker might not be working and she raises her voice and gets an attitudewith me. Definitely never going back to this trashy place Read more
Seemed like they just threw whatever sandwich they had pre-made in my order. I paid extra for a pretzel bun, but nothing. Our... large fries were about half full. They were out of ketchup which is such a basic item for fast food there must be some badmanagement here. Read more
First time I did the mobile app. I've eaten at Wendy's three times since I've been new to the area. Tonight it was exceptional I... don't have a lot of confidence and drive up orders but they got everything perfect the fries were hot and whoever made the chilithey actually put some beans and meat in it this time. Food wasn't terribly bad, but they were out of a lot of stuff (southwest salad dressing, ketchup, kids toys, strawberry frosty).... They also had a lot of flies in the dining area and it really seemed like their AC couldn't keep up with the heat. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 30+ mins before I finally just gave up. Just shut down the restaurant if you can't run the business... properly. These people make more money than me now, and I'm the one leaving with no food and wasted time. Thanks for nothing. Read more
