First time at this location while spending the weekend in Biloxi. Was greeted with welcoming smiles and greetings as we sat.... Service was great food was really good. Watched a guy from the kitchen interact with some kids that came in to celebrate afootball game win. I believe his name was Donald or Donnie don't remember. It brought a smile to my face seeing how thisestablishment treated regulars and newcomers as family. You don't find that often in a chain restaurant establishment. This willdefinitely be our new stop when in the area. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to eat. Wewere also thanked by the whole staff and to come again when leaving to head out for the day. Could only give 5 stars but woulddefinitely give 10 for the service! Read more
Is today September 24 of 2022 -12:29 central time ,I came to this place and everything was good until my server decided to go... and take a smoke break or something, while am seated and eating my meal ,but then I ran out of coffee and that waffle was goodbut I had to get up from my seat and go to the other side of the bar to ask to another waitress for some coffee,and she was sonice and she also offered me more cream,she was a lady,by the way my original server was a girl that was wearing the baseballcap backwards. Evelyn was our waitress and she was awesome. She was so nice and kind. The teamwork that I witnessed was wonderful too. You... could tell that everyone respected and worked well together. I've been doing a tour of all of The Waffle Houses in the southeast. I have only passed up a few in Georgia Alabama Florida and... Mississippi. Order is messed up every time I order. Never answer the phone even when there are no customers dining in. This is the second... time I?ve ordered a t bone (rare) and hash browns smothered and covered. Both times the steak was well done and though I wascharged for cheese and onions on hash browns, they were plain. You can?t call to complain because they don?t answer the phone.You can enter a complaint through the website, but it does no good. Employee looks miffed when there is no tip?might considertipping if they?d get the order correct and serve the food with the toppings I paid for. Read more
Very glad that this place was opened on Christmas Eve. Whereas staff was extremely friendly, it appeared that are friendly... waiter was less experience than the others. we had to repeatedly asked for things that were missing or done incorrectly. Onceagain everybody was awesome especially for having to work. Food seemed to be a little mediocre though sorry. Read more
I showed up at 9:00pm and no one in site would get up and take my to go order. No one was cooking either. They were all playing... on their phones and wanted me to wait. For what!?!! This place is not making money because the staff seems lazy and doesn?tcare. I won?t be back. Read more
