We had to them three times to give us a minute to look at the menu and kept rushing us to pick something. When we did order the... girl kept telling us our total and we kept having to tell her we weren't done ordering. I asked for no sour cream and everythingin our order ended up with sour cream on it. She did not ask us if we wanted sauce so I told her we would like hot sauce shedidn't respond and there was no sauce in our order. When we pulled up to pay she was texting on her phone and we had to tap thewindow to get the girl to open it to take my card. Order was completely wrong and we got items we didn't even order and the girldidn't give us a receipt despite me asking for one. Read more
The place was fast and friendly BUT the food was one of the worst fast food experiences I?ve ever had. The beef in my tacos... (which had half a scoop had to break off half the shell) &grilled cheese burrito was horrible. Almost tasted burnt but it was infact not burnt. My Pinto and cheese tasted like a burnt tea bag. I always order on the app and then pick it up, that way I know my order is done RIGHT and there's no mix-up with it. I just... order from the comfort of my home and have my Dad pick it up for me 5 minutes later when he's out and about. Read more
The worst Taco Bell I?ve visited. Went last week for first time in several yrs. Employee came outside and said their system was... down. Went there today. Checker rung our order up wrong (almost double the amount it should have been) and had no idea how tocorrect it. A mgr finally corrected it. There were no plastic forks/sporks out. When I asked for forks, the checker got me ONE. While we were eating, the power went off. I will never go to there again. Taco Bell should do something about this location, asit?s a poor reflection on the entire company. Read more
Okay so, I like to go to taco bell on the occassions, but not this time. Me and mother were the only ones in line ready to... order, and it took nearly 5 minutes before we could order. My mother couldn't read anything on the menu sign, so she was askinghow much a quesadilla was. One of your employees, who was working window today, was just so rude and borderline angry at mymother just for asking the price of an item. We were asking so nicely about everything. When it came time to grab our order, theemployee just slammed the window in my mother's face. You might want to think about retraining your employees fast, especiallythe one we encountered. Read more
Borderline friendly staff & that is about the best thing I could say about this. Got a 10 pack of tacos to share & more than... half of the Taco shells we stale. They didn't even taste all that great. The Mexican pizza was no where near what it used to be. Read more
