Waited at the speaker, until I had to ask for assistance, she's not ready yet. I have to repeat my order several times and still... leaves out sauces. Some boy with his underwear hanging out is sitting right at the window, then walks between my car and thewindow with either a cigar or weed. Ordered the shakes ahead over the app. After parking and checking in we waited, waited and waiiiited. It took a long time for... our order to come out. We went to go see what was going on since we were the ONLY car there. After walking up to the restaurantthe girl gets up from the table, she's sitting there with what looks to be here bf, and asks if we had an order. We said yes shegoes inside and our shakes were already made by the employee who was inside and now washing dishes. This applies to the Long Beach location only. The food tastes good, but is rarely hot and fresh. Some of the screens do not... work. Only ideal for drink and ice cream related items. If you really want Sonic, you may have to go to the one on 49 inGulfport. That location is much better. Read more
My family went last weekend 1 hour it took them to get their food and got it wrong, we are not going to pay for having wasted... our time so we sent it back . Went again today and i waited 10 minutes at the drive thru only to see nobody was doing theirjob THIS PLACE NEEDS TO RAISE THEIR STANDARDS AND FIRE EVERYONE'S LAZY @SS the obvious question here is "did you put abuisness to make friends with lazy employees or to make money selling food" This is a shame and disrespect to all turism andlocals as head of our local organization i will make sure nobody goes here till it is up to american standards . Burger special is great, but if you get special you can't hold ketchup or pickle. It comes with everything. You end up getting... old burgers. Not fresh. Read more
Employee taking the order was not only rude but also talked as if I was an inconvenience in ordering, I ordered everything... strictly off the menu with no changes or special request. Staff that brought the food was very nice and went back to getcondiments, Both meals came missing items and tasted stale / cold. Neither of us ended up eating our tots. For the price I amsuper disappointed in the quality of food. This is the second time I've been disappointed by this Sonic...don't think I willgive it another shot. Foods good when right and not messed up. Last 2 times have been very disappointing. Last time I got a slushy and it was mostly... just liquid and barley andy ice. This time my milkshake isn't even full and I paid for large fries that they barely put any in.I closed up the bag expecting everything to be correct.
