Go to lunch spot on busy days. I use the mobile app and they always have my smoothie on time and they're reltivly consistent on... the order tasting the same (sometimes the protine powder is a bit more gritty but the flavor is always the same). For there cost you would figure the cup would be full. Last night I ordered a 32 oz smoothie. Their was a good one inch of cup... not full, and this not the first time. I parked the car and went in side to tell them, and she made me a new smoothie. I drinkstar bucks too, but their cups you can see through. Employees are not friendly. When handed 6 smoothies, I asked to be sure which one didn?t have peanut butter. I was told I should... have asked for the special blender. I didn?t know there was a special blender. Instead of a thank you for buying 6 smoothies, Ijust received huffs. I decided to thank her for the smoothies. No response. No smile. Just a closed window. Very sad. UPDATE: Iwas contacted by the marketing manager for details and resolution. Extremely professional and a desire for any needed coachingto improve the experience. Read more
