Our server was named Christian. He was excellent! The best server you could ask for. He knew the menu well & gave me the best... recommendation. Everyone who worked there was very attentive. Very pleasant interactions. We had 4 entrees. Fried soft shellcrabs, blackened red fish with hollandaise sauce, shrimp & grits, and fettucine alfredo with fried chicken. I had the red fish.It was excellent! We all loved the cheese grits there too. It was a great atmosphere. People celebrating homecoming. There waseven a wedding reception. 10/10. We highly recommend! My husband and I were in town celebrating our wedding anniversary and after having run around all day decided to eat…at nearly... 10:30 at night. Patio 44 Gulfport was open and still seated us even though they close at 11. We had the best experience! Thestaff had been slammed all day because of Scrapin the Coast but still made us feel so welcome even though they were probablyready to go home. We were lucky to have gotten the most delightful young lady Meredith as our server. Meredith was so sweet andmade great suggestions on our menu options. We were never “rushed” and we kept this lovely lady talking and she made us feelspecial. And the food….amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious. We had the seared ahi tuna and fried green tomatoes forour appetizers and Étouffée, the BLT wedge salad and shrimp tacos for our main entrees. These days it’s hard to find greatservice and amazing food but Patio 44 Gulfport does just that! They are also very accommodating as I did not want my shrimpblackened and they made it the way I wanted and let me change my side item too. A good local seafood house with an impressive wine list and very tasty food. My family and I tried out this restaurant and had... the pleasure of having Stephen as our server. He did an excellent job of guiding us through the selections and offering hisknowledge and advice (especially on Bourbon). We tried the BBQ salmon, shrimp platter, and our small one ordered a burger. Allthe dishes were fresh and tasty. The menu features an emphasis on southern classics and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Ialso highly recommend the outdoor seating if the weather is pleasant. We haven’t tried the dining tables inside the large wineroom yet but we absolutely will. Highly recommended! Read more
Positive energy and experience as soon as you walk in. Our server, Neysa, was very patient as we kept talking instead of looking... at the brunch menu, oops. She was courteous and helpful, anticipating needs and sharing details of the menu. Obviously I tried abit of both entrées and all sides - and everything was delicious! We enjoyed mimosas and eventually moved over to the bar formore cocktails, where the good service was continued. Several hours passed easily, as everything about the experience was great;Patio 44 made for a true Sunday fun day complete with a new member on the list of favorite local restaurants. Read more
While in town visiting for Christmas we were taken here for dinner. The staff were absolutely amazing! Our party arrived earlier... than the other half but they set up and got our drinks and some bread while we waited. The waitress was so polite and superfriendly and engaged my children! The menu had a little of everything for everyone! My son ,who is picky about his chicken,enjoyed his strips. My daughter.loved her shrimp ,but was not fond of the Alfredo sauce. Wife's tacos had a huge portion ofshrimp , more than enough with each bite! The ribeye that I had was delicious and served at exactly the right temperature! We got there at 11am for Sunday Brunch. It wasn't crowded, so we got seated quickly. Our server Alexis was amazing. She greeted... us promptly, kept up with drink refills, and checked in enough but without being overbearing. Food felt like it took a tad bitlonger than anticipated, but everything was hot, accurate, and tasty. I wish they did keep salt and pepper on the table becauseall the eggs were slightly under seasoned for our liking. The beignets weren't our favorite either. I found them doughy,slightly old oil tasting, and stringy on the powdered sugar. Overall a pleasant and tasty experience and will come back forbrunch again. Read more
I ordered my ribeye medium. I feel like it could’ve been seared better, however the flavor and tenderness was on point! Make... sure you ask for the garlic butter! Staff was friendly and the entire place has a great vibe! Read more
