I have been twice and ended up asking for my money back on both occasions. Getting my money back added 5 minutes to the 20 I had... already been waiting. Every time I stop for gas here, there is a line of cars two deep at the drive through. And I don?t stophere when traffic on I-10 is heavy - we?re talking at night. Just go to gulfport or the beach. This mcdonalds has gotten my order incorrect three times in a row now. Today the woman in the... drive-thru repeated my order to me and still did not add half the items to my ticket. The quality of their food has been bottomof the barrel compared to other MCD's every time I go. Day or night. This store does not care. Read more
They forgot to give me the most expensive item on my order. I asked the drive thru person to verify the order because I had... sleeping children in my vehicle, she said that everything was there. Pulling away from the window I looked in the bag, andnoticed that they forgot the sandwich. So I stopped, still in the drive thru, and walked back to the window to inform them thatthey forgot my sandwich. With all bags in hand. The person who handed my food five seconds prior aggressively demanded a receiptfor an order that was literally just handed out of the window no other customers had been served. So I got her the receipt frommy vehicle, and she told me to wait in my car. Then she brought the food out, shoved it at me, and said "here" and walked off.The order was all there so I brought it home, only to find out they gave me an old or refried sandwich for seven bucks. I usedthis drive thru for convenience, but after this experience I will not be visiting McDonald's again at all in the future. The floor was filthy this morning at time the 6:15 a.m. when I pulled the manager aside to... let her know. she simply told me she wasn't able to clean it yesterday night. While I don't typically care to eat at McDonald's much, usually, service is better than this. I walked up to the counter and 2... employees walked up. One walked around to the front counter in front of me. He placed his order I guess and paid for it. Thenboth walked to the back. Didn't greet me. Didn't take my order, even though there was three people waiting to placeorders. Waited and waited while employees would look at me and do nothing but look away. Finally one of the two came up to thecounter and took my order. I ordered a Double QP meal. I went to fill my drink and the whole entire area was filthy. The floorwas soaked. I went to reserve a table for myself and every single table was dirty. I know they don't typically clean after everysingle person, but there was dried soda, trash, food, and various other stuff. I got my food and the burger wasn't evenlukewarm. It was cold, so cold that the cheese didn't even melt one bit. Bread was stale because they left the bag of bread opencausing it to harden. The fries were only warm and you can tell they've been sitting for a bit. Trash cans were alloverfilled. Poor management all around here. Read more
Definitely order on the app. Got the deal/discount and the service was quick. My wife ordered on the app while never getting in... line and we had our food before those in line. Have to get with the times. No complaints if you want to stand in the line. Read more
