Just don't go here. One of the worst mcdonalds in the area second only to Orange grove. Every time I come here the drive through... takes too long and when I finally get to the window the idiot they have working infallibly has to enter my order twice. They donot seem to have anyone properly trained to run the register. The food is always sub par as well, the burger patties always havegrissel and waste from the gril stuck to them and their chicken is always over cooked. I reccomend the Sonic nextdoor instead. We went during a pretty busy time of the day and during cruise the coast, and even tho they are short handed they still handled... the full drive thru VERY well! Everyone was calm and we got hot and fresh food! Read more
Poor service, the attendant at the window where I received my food seemed flustered with the lack of help he was getting from... the other workers, specifically the cooks. We had to send back two sandwiches and didnt receive one of our drinks instead wereceived another drink that we did not order. Very unprofessional staff tonight. Read more
Second time coming to this McDonalds and I have to admit both times was not pleasant. Both times I went the food was cold and... when I ordered my food both times I order for it to be fresh for this exact reason didn?t get fresh at all. The WORST McDonalds in gulfport. Messed up our order FOUR times in a ROW! 4 chances and still managed to mess all 4 up lol. Its... obvious the staff is just lazy and incompetent. Managers don?t care much either. This location is pure trash. Read more
