McDonald's in Mississippi are an embarrassment. None of the ones we visited had a working ice cream machine. We were told that... employees did not have the intelligence or skill to clean them. The real problem is all of the McDonald's have absentee ownerswho hire these pitifully trained employees who are void of people skills. Went at lunch and drove thru is always very busy at this location. So decided to go inside. No line not a long wait and the... fries were hot. Then opened up my burger and of course it was a mess. Asked for mayo on the dry bun and nope. There was moremayo on the wrapper than on the burger itself. Some people just don't care. Dang shame. Read more

If you are looking to order fast food, do not go here. It's anything but fast. Worst drive thru service. We sat there for 10... mins waiting for them to take our order. Cars were pulling out of the line leaving because they were tired of waiting. When wefinally got to the window, the employees did not even greet us, smile or even apologize for the delayed service. They didn'teven bother asking what sauce we wanted with our nuggets. When asking for sauce, she just stared at us like it was animposition. There is another McDonald's on the other side of I-10. Came to the drive through at 10:50am this morning. The lady taking the order was just un available for about 10 minutes than... very short with us. After ordering we waited 10 minutes for our food as well as 3 other cars this was terrible service Read more

I downloaded the app and it has been a nightmare. It worked the first time. The next few times it has sucked. I ordered... breakfast burritos and a coke. When I get there they have no breakfast burritos so I just got a coke. The next time, I ordereda special on the chicken nuggets and a large coke. I get there and they say they never received the order. So I told them Iwanted the order anyway. Then they say they have no large cokes? I had to pay full price and then found out later I was chargedtwice that day. Read more

Today was the first time in my life I?ve ever experienced a filthy McDonald?s on top of my kids receiving cold dry spicy... nuggets, only to be replaced with more cold dry spicy nuggets all of the children that?s working in there have no respect ..Manager apologize to us and had them fix my kids fresh nuggets. *Management contacted me. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and personable. The bad service lay completely on the... shoulders of the employees. Unfortunately the times we live in employees with proper work ethic are very hard tofind.* Possibly, the worst McDonald's drive thru in America. I'm new to the area and I've given this particular McDonald's manychances, this being the last. There were only two cars ahead of me yet, and I timed it 12 minutes before someone finaly took myorder, which was an app order to begin with. Then another 8 mins until I recieved my order. Had it not been for the fact that Ihad already paid thru the app I would have driven away like the many cars behind me did. Not only did I have to wait anunnecessarily long time but to make matters worst, as the picture shows The Big Mac t I ordered was made incorrectly. Hey but atleast I got to watch the employees playing on their cellphones. 1 all beef patty, special sauce, no pickles, no onions , tons oflettuce on a sesame seed bun. Read more

I'm in line here now. As you can see there's no one ahead of the mics, but the cars behind it are lined up to Cowan rd almost,... that seems to be their new norm. Idk what's going on with this store lately. Quality of service has gone down at nightconsiderably. It takes more than 7 minutes for the staff to acknowledge each person - during my wait here, the line has built upand cleared completely from people tired of waiting two times..On top of that, the order is wrong half of the time..This storereally needs to step it up Read more
