This store has gone down hill so bad. We went in last night (10-11-22) at 6:53pm to get a bite to eat. They were out of several... things and the employees were so loud it was uncalled for. They had to respect for customers in the lobby with the way they wereyelling and being sarcastic with each other. This is the 2nd time we have been in this store and was extremely disappointed. Came here on Saturday 8/13 and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Luckily I didn?t go home because when k tried to bite into... the sandwich it was so hard I couldn?t even bite a piece in to it. I went back to the location and showed how the bread was sohard you could crumble it into pieces. Everyone agreed and thought it was funny. They then asked me to pull forward. I did. Thenthey asked me to back up. And continued to make a joke out of it and asked me to pull forward again. I go to this location allthe time however I will no longer be returning. Read more
They were very busy tonight. Many were asked to pull forward. Staff were very friendly and apologetic for the delay. 4 stars is... due to their menu board is confusing. New Chicken Sandwich!!! Of course, I had to stop by and try it. Comparing it to Popeye?s Chicken Sandwich, I can say that they... are very similar, bun was great, good amount of chicken, but not a lot of breading like Popeyes, so it lacked a little onflavor, but overall great sandwich!
