Wonderful environment and feel. When we arrived there was a sign stating that they were short staffed and to please be patient.... We decided to take a chance. It was well worth it. They delivered the drinks and chips and salsa which was excellent. Whilewaiting we went threw the salsa, canasta dip and queso dip appetizers. we each ordered an entree and there was a30 min wait timebut service was excellent. Food was delicious. The experience was nothing less than fantastic. The food was truly gourmet. The price was a steal for the level of quality. ... The server was amazing and the owner/chef even came out and spoke with us. Before we left we were planning our next visit. Wehad a variety of things off the menu and they were all great. So the food was good. It took awhile to get, but after ordering my Shrimp taco twice I never received them. Come to find out the... waiter never put in my order. The wait for my families food was enough of a wait for me to skip dinner from here tonight.There's a lot more but I'm still to hungry to care to explain. First time at El Aguila and it was fantastic. Everything we had was made from scratch. We ordered the guacamole that is made... tableside. Chips were homemade, light and not greasy at all. For dinner I had the steak fajitas. Meat was cooked to your liking,homemade corn tortillas. We also ordered the chicken enchiladas that had wonderful flavor and not drowned in sauce. First time here. Drove all the way from OS because my girlfriend had been here. I must say the BEST SALSA around. AND they make... a Pineapple Salsa as well. AND they offer the Happy hour drinks in the dining room. We shared the Tuna Ceviche which was waymore than we expected. Very fresh and tasty. Then we shared the chicken fajitas and also very good. I've been dying to try this place for weeks after it being recommended and for their amazing menu. Let's just say it did not... disappoint!! Their menu isn't overwhelming but offers plenty of substitutions for each meal that anyone with dietary needs willbe able to find something. Personally I'm vegetarian and it's always difficult to find a place that gives many options for me.Well for the first time I had so many options I wasn't sure which one to try first!! Our waitress was great and was extremelyknowledgeable about every item on the menu, gave recommendations and shared her opinions. My hubby had the red fish and ourwaitress brought him their homemade corn tortillas on the side so he could make tacos if he wanted. He cleaned his plate andloved every bite. I had the veggie fajitas and they too were amazing. They also made me a pineapple mojito which was awesome!!The only downfall to the place is the lack of parking so if they are busy it is difficult to find a spot. We will definitely beback!!!! We bought a voucher for El Aguila and we definitely weren't disappointed. The food was amazing. The salsa tasted very fresh and... was honestly the best salsa I've had.
