At the drive through window I ordered fried okra. The person said 502 didn?t say anything else. At the window as she was talking... to a coworker she took my money and handed me a small bag then turned her back to me. She never said anything to me as shecontinued to talk to a coworker. I left and when I ate the food it was cold. There goes another customer. If you allow anemployee to be this uncaring about her job then you are teaching her to be this way. Read more

I came here to get the chicken that Church's has always made and I have always loved but NOT TODAY And NOT ON PASS RD IN... GULFPORT, MS. Church's have always cut the chicken different and that's why I've always loved getting their wings. But, whoevercut the chicken cut it the same as everyone else and I got 2 huge breasts but no wings. I ordered mixed chicken. I could've wentto Popeyes and got their chicken but I wanted the wings that Church's Chicken use to always fix. I didn't get any wings! :( Alsothey needed to change their grease!! The chicken didn't have the nice golden crust and was disgustingly pink inside! Whoever cutup and fried the chicken did a terrible job!! Worst experience I ever had at Church's! The manager or male employee there is extremely rude! When I was giving my order, he... kept rushing me to order by asking is that all after every single thing I said. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru onlyto get cold fries. I had two orders, and that got them severely confused. He said that is why they do not take more than oneorder at the drive thru. But when I said I have two orders you said NOTHING??? I love Churches Fried Chicken, but today service was not good. I ordered a 2 piece mixed , I asked for the wing and drumstick ... sweet iced tea with backed macaroni with cheese. Ok a cold wing a thigh and a small portion of Mac & cheese. I was like really,this never happened before so I was like keep moving girl you doctors appointment. Then no spoon to eat Mac& cheese. This is like the 3rd ????BUT FINAL time! I drive from Waveland(30 minutes) to get Church?s because I just love their chicken and... bombers! Very disappointed in the service at this location . Wanted to use a coupon that specifically had this locations address on it.... Was told by rude management they don't accept coupons. Paid extra for mixed box of chicken only got tiny legs and thighs, alsoorder chicken tenders the most pitiful I've ever seen should call them popcorn chicken and they were under cooked not evengolden brown had to throw them in the oven . After sitting in the Drive-Thru what seemed to be about 20 minutes some of our items were missing out of our bag. It was a... pitiful shame listening to the drive-thru attendant disrespect customers on the other end. For the price we paid they shouldhave checked that bag before handing it to me. Read more
