I ordered for me and 2 other people, one of those people wanted to change their order so when i got to the window the pay, the... woman acted like it was such a hassle. "They already made the sandwich. I can't change it if they already made it. I will haveto get a manager if we take it off." She wasn't being rude but as someone who has worked in fast food, it's not that hard tochange it. Now this wouldn't have really bothered me but it was the fact that the ONLY thing fresh in my order were the fries.The sandwich she didn't wanna change was old so they should have thrown the patty out anyway along with the nuggets and othersandwich i ordered. Every time I go to this location, my food is always fresh and hot. Not, sitting under the hot light hot, but fresh off the... grill or fryer hot. The wait is a bit longer than I'd prefer, but I'll take it if the food is always fresh and hot. Read more

This is THE WORST Burger King I've ever been to. I am currently waiting 24 minutes in the parking lot after paying and being... asked to pull forward for my order. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I've also been asked to waitindefinitely at the speaker box only to be yelled at after being on hold for 10 minutes when I said "hello? Still holding " Iwas yelled at and told "were not taking orders right now we busy you have to wait." Read more

Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. SHAME on you for treating people the way you do. We pull up to the window,... found out they didnt have what we wanted. After looking at the menu for 2 seconds to find something new, a lady interupted theman trying to take our order saying "you shouldve know what you wanted when you pulled up". So as we were about to leave wepolitely said cancel our order and she decided to tell us to get out of "HER" drive thru. Will be reporting. Read more

If I could do Zero Stars, I would. We walked just after in 2:00 p.m. after seeing the sign (see pic) stating Lobby is open. We... were ignored for several minutesso i asked if we could order, only to be told "Sorry the lobby is closed". Read more

Service was slow but I've come to expect that at most Burger Kings. I will say only 1 employee out of 5 was wearing a mask and... the 3 employees preparing food didn't wear a mask.
