Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins then when i got to the speaker the person asked me to hold. Waited another 5 mins then took... my order made it to window she took my payment then asked me to pull forward and someone would be out with my order another 10mins later we finally got our food and it was just 2 whoopers and a large french fry. This is so horrible didnt know that fastfood takes 30 mins. I could understand if there was alot of people but there was only 4 of us in the drive thru and 2 people instore. Read more
Drive thru... Employee was distracted. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times after listening to her respond to multiple other... people. She repeated our order (correctly). Then didn't give receipt. Told to pull up and wait. When we didn't get all of ourfood they argued that it wasn't on the ticket. Well you read it off to me and didn't give me a receipt to prove it. Needless tosay, will not be going back. First time poor service can be chalked up to bad day. Second chance visit no reason for samemistakes. Read more
I have used this Burger King outlet several times. Each time service has been poor. Food is never 'ready' at the drive thru... and when it is brought out it is never hot. Although this Burger King outlet is convenient for me, I will be taking my businessto one of the other facilities in the area. Read more
The Fries were fresh, crisp and well seasoned. The Whopper Jr. burger seemed like it had been cooked a while. It wasn't juicy.... The toppings were fine. I think that the combo is way overpriced. Over $8 for a few bites. I couldn't tell how much it wasprior to ordering. The menu screen was out. Steer clear of this Burger King. Read more
My grand babies like the spicy chicken sandwich and the nuggets I like the onion rings and mozzarella sticks and I must say the... food has been fresh and good. I quit eating their for about 6-8 months it was terrible ???? just started going again. I went here about 2 months ago and was totally disgusted. The workers preparing food were not wearing gloves! People were rude... and so unprofessional. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, so I went in today, August 23rd, at11:30am. I stood at the counter while the girl working the register talked with her coworkers. One employee finally noticed meand told her to wait on me. This girl, with long , long dyed red hair came over and didn't acknowledge me, so I said hello toher, she mumbled something under her breath. She took my order, but was very rude, and when she gave me my cup for my drink, she just automatically charged me for a larger size and didn't ask. What is wrong with this place. It used to be a excellent place to get a good hot food and now it?s terrible! You have to 20 to 30 minutes for a burger that... cold and it tastes old and hard to eat. The burger taste like cardboard now. The customer service isn?t any better. So it?s likethis all the time no more from there I gave it a chance many times and it?s the same. Waste of money! Read more
So last night I witnessed a manager with prison tattoos cussing like a sailor in from of toddlers, the kitchen staff dropped a... family?s food on the floor and the sailor picked it up and passed it to the family. The family was upset but they ate it anyway.The wife of the family also mentioned that it was the wrong order. Another lady was there for pickup, t sailor never evennoticed her or the other brown skinned people. Once he finally acknowledged them, he told them to, ?wait?I?m busy!?. Maybe if hestop yelling at the staff in the kitchen and stop stressing them with his orders the restaurant could actually be successfullyproductive. Read more
