Great selection of drinks! We got the Urban sampler to share and it was PLENTY of food. Tasty varieties of bbq sauce to try,... although the meat didn?t even really need it it was so good. Not a bad price considering it fed two people and how much food yougot. Quick service, wish we could have come during a busier time to enjoy the atmosphere more. Read more
Had a good experience at Urban. I love the outdoor setting and the fun games. LOVED the fried cheese balls for appetizer.... However the pulled pork slider was a bit dry and could us more sauce. Loved the self seating style when you are ready to orderyou head the bar and place your order and when your meal is ready they will bring it out to your table. Read more
Very friendly staff, pulled pork was good, green beans excellent, corn bread amazing. Sauce mediocre. Pulled chicken not very... good, and the ?1/2lb? which is what is supposed to be both portions pictured, is most certainly not a half pound. The skimpingon portions and bad pulled chicken lost 1 star each. Read more
I'm from the Finger Lakes region of NY. We have allot of excellent BBQ spots around us so that made this a hard review. I got... the Brisket Sandwich. It was good. The sauce seemed a little lacking in flavor. The meat was tender and a good size portion. The mix drinks where damn good. The prices where on par with the area. Read more
We needed a quick bite and shared some awesome appetizers. The loaded fries were outstanding and their homemade ranch is to die... for. The mint julep is a must! The bartender really took pride in making it and he made it perfectly. Love the ice cold wateravailable outside and the atmosphere was family friendly. Read more
We came here for lunch and paid about $30 (including tip) for take out which is a little pricey for the area. The food wasn't... bad but not the best out there. However, the service was excellent. Marissa was our server and very accomodating. The cornbreadand coleslaw are very good. The restaurant has a nice bar area which is probably great when they have a live band.Interestingly, the have a baci court. Nice place to take the family. Read more
In the mood for BBQ and beer and this place did not disappoint. The Mac and cheese and brisket was so good! Although we had the... sampler so we liked it all. Hubby wanted ribs and they fell off the bone. Wasn?t too crazy about the sauces they provided but wedidn?t really need it. Read more
This was my first, last, and only time going to Urban. The food and the service were equally horrible. First and foremost, we... had a party of 4. When we arrived there was someone at the bar. ZERO seated customers. I saw maybe 2 pick up orders. There wereplenty of staff. We seated ourselves, waited for a menu, waited some more, and finally had to ask them to bring us menus. Thenwe were told to order at the bar when we were ready. Excuse me? I didn't realize this was a fast food establishment. The pricescertainly did NOT indicate a fast food type of establishment. Staff can stand at the bar and take shots, but not our order? Sowe order at the bar and had to pay at the bar, before our food even came. Again sounds like fast food but fast food restaurantshave mayo at least. I don't know who puts ranch on a BLT, but to each their own but I don't and Urban doesn't have mayo? Whatrestaurant doesn't have mayo? At least everyone knows that Urban doesn't make their own ranch, cause that typically requiresmayo. Anyways, I paid $13.25 for a dry, sloppily thrown together sandwich as pictured and not even on a busy night. I guess ifyou drink enough while you're there you don't realize how disappointing Urban is. Never again and I will never recommend toanyone. Anyone that I like anyways! Read more
