So mean staff and so mean sign anyway tropical smoothie is better.
Great place to stop before or after your workout. Sooooo many healthy options including optional sugar added. Good for my... diabetes. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products. Love going here to add to a good workout or just a tastysmoothie. Something for everyone. Read more
The older manger with the red hair is very rude. She never washes her hands after handling money and products. I watched her... talk to an older couple like they were small kids and that they business didn?t matter. The owner needs to start visiting thestore before he loss customers. I will not be back!!! Manager (I assume from the polo while everyone else was in a tshirt) was so rude. I went at the end of the counter waiting for a... mobile order after several minutes while she kept looking at me. I asked if this where I check in for a mobile order she said?name?? and rolled her eyes. I gave her my name and said she was working on it right. I kindly said thank you and stood back.She walked back to the blender and said ?it said 20 minutes? under her breath clearly having an issue that I arrived a littleearly. I didn?t mind waiting as I understood they are busy and I was in fact early. The rudeness was not needed as I was notupset it wasn?t ready just wanted to make sure I was in the right area and they knew I had arrived. this is my experience almostevery time I go so I felt compelled to right a review now. My husband and I are good friends with the owner of the Tyronelocation and they always provide the best service! We will drive the extra distance from now on no doubt. Read more
Always friendly and clean. One of my favorite Smoothie King locations. Ordering on the app is easy and quick.

Friendly staff and prompt service. They gladly take my call ahead order if I'm in a rush and care enough to remember my order... when I come in. I've never had to have them remake my smoothie, but you can have peace of mind knowing they will if you don'tlike yours. Read more
I never complain about much ,but the smoothie they made my baby sister was not good . This review isn?t based on that ,but on... the fact when my mother went in to ask if there was ?any way they could make a new one for her? , the manager or whoever was incharge immediately responded with no not unless you buy a new one. She was not kind whatsoever like others who work there .Always positive experiences except for today. I work in a fast paced restaurant and if someone doesn?t like their smoothie, wemake a new one with no question and it takes up time but we do it. If your ONLY job is to make smoothies , then why not fix onethat was made poorly? I understand it happens ,but be kind not nasty when you butcher the one job you have . How comerestaurants and other places can give you refunds or remake things ,but when asked to do your job correctly you respond with anasty attitude? a shame. Read more
