I live right around the corner from here and my husband likes to stop for coffee and I always request a hot chocolate. I was... always ask them for no foam and for it to be extra hot as the coffee and they say "yes no problem", yet EVERYTIME I get my orderit has foam and it is luke warm. I will stick with Craft Kafe.
