They had me in and out right away. They even knew the prices and ingredients out of their heads.
Worst customer service and delivery experience I?ve received at any Jimmy Johns. The delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes... even though the delivery address provided was 5 minutes away. When calling to check on the status of the order the employeeyelled at me, told me to refuse the order and dared me to report the store on the feedback page and then told me they were nolonger going to accept calls. good food still. incredibly fast as always. only downside is that the price is twice what it was to get the same order delivered... today than it was in the early 2000s when I started getting delivery from JJ's. a sandwich and drink delivered used to cost meabout $10 with a decent tip if I got chips it was $12 back then, now it's $18 n some change for the same sandwich and a pickledelivered. inflation is insane. I still love Jimmy John's but I can't get it delivered for lunch several times a week the way Iused to back in the day unfortunately. and I make more money now than I did back then! Read more
