Amazing marinated olives! Spinaci e Gorgonzola salad was delish! Pizza was so thin and crispy but the sauce, while very fresh,... was bland. It needs fresh basil or something to make it pop. Everything is self serve other than the food. It had a Coke +machine but nothing worked but the Coke and the flavor add ins. I would have preferred a caffeine free or diet option. Read more

Pizza was phenomenal! Authentic Italian wood fire pizza. We got the chorizo pizza & caprese. Several draft beer & draft wine... options. I got one of the local Green Bench IPAs on draft. Customer service was fantastic. Outdoor seating, but also a beautifulaesthetic inside with open tables & bar like tops to watch the pizza being made. Clean & organized. Highly recommend thispalce!!! We were on vacation in St. Pete beach and decided to try this Pizza place:Fabrica Pizza in downtown St. Pete. One of the owners... took care of us. Very clean, great concept, cozy and great service. We were able to watch our pizza been made all the way untilwe were served and we loved it! Totally recommended. We love to support small businesses. Will definitely come back. Read more

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. When we first walked in we were greeted and it felt clean and... inviting. Being able to see the ingredients and oven is fun and got us excited to try the pizzas. We ordered the fungi andmargherita pizza- both fantastic! We also tried the meatballs and caprese salad, hubby loved the meatballs and the salad wasvery good. Not a huge fan of the seating area as it?s super loud and echos terribly with family style seating. It?s a selfserve set up but at the higher end for a date night. Not at all ideal. There is some parking on the street in front of therestaurant but you might have to circle the block a few times as the area does tend to be busy. It?s located in a great part ofdowntown. You can walk to dessert and a few streets over you?re on Central. Highly recommend for a fresh take on pizza indowntown! Read more

I read a lot of reviews here, and the one that stands out in particular is from Michael P. He?s spot on, and here?s why. There?s... quite a bit to unpack here so, I?ll try to be as detailed, and concise as possible. I too, grew up in New Jersey and our familytraveled frequently to some of the oldest, well revered pizza establishments in NYC, and across the country. It was our firstexperience here. We purchased two frozen, cheese only pizzas today, and baked them at home. I followed the directionsaccordingly. The results and the end product were not good. The crust did not rise. The space between the cheese, and the firstlayer of crust was soggy. There was little to no sauce. If they are using San Marzano tomatoes, you couldn?t tell, which wasdisappointing. More like a tomato paste on the crust. After the first bite, it was obvious the flour was 00, and high quality,as expected. The cheese was sparse. It did not have the consistency or mouth feel of a whole milk mozzarella, and tasted like alow moisture, part skim version. Perhaps a provolone blend. At $15 per pizza, and 12 in., in diameter, it should be labeled as aflatbread. For two pizzas, It should have fed four people comfortably but left us not feeling full or satisfied. The owners haveto know all of this, if they?ve baked their products at home or they?re either complacent, inexperienced or don?t care, which Idoubt. Now, I will give them another try, but not take and bake. The value, and execution is poor. Only dine in the next time. And, if the toppings, cheese and sauce are this sparse when dining in, I?d be concerned for their future, which I hate to seefor small businesses that work hard, and dedicate themselves and their livelihood to their craft. This is a great place after enjoying a nice walk around downtown St. Pete. We've discovered this gem about a year ago and it's... our go to pizza place now. The pizza has fresh ingredients, the crust is just right and the staff is super friendly. We likesitting at the bar watching them do their magic. Read more
