I come to this Dunkin everyday, and I?m about to move. My own life story lol. But this team & restaurant is the best!! Will come... back, I just want them to save their expresso machine! Yikes!! The poor employees i feel bad for.. They NEVER have proper supplies. Today, no spoons for ice cream. I don't like to... write negative reviews but wow someone from corporate needs to be sure they have proper supplies. Every time we go there theyare ways out of necessities. Very poorly run store. This location needs serious help. The drive thru takes forever. I have literally sat in this drive thru and timed the wait.... Around15 minutes on several occasions and just left due to slow service along with others in the same line.They leave you at thespeaker waiting. The hasbrowns always come out burnt and shredded. Their snacking bacon is half the time burnt and just regularbacon and they have no sense of consistency with their drinks or their prices. Always a poorly made drink. No-one wants an inchof unstirred sugar in the bottom of their cup, watered down coffee or a cup of cream. The customer service here is very poor andthe employees act as though they don't care or weren't trained any better for a customer service position. I know severalincluding myself who refuse to frequent this location any longer due to the poor service, hair in food as well as seeing bugs.Should consider cleaning this location up. Messed up a frozen caramel and no bagels at 9am. Had to wait almost 5 mins just to be acknowledged at the drive up. Used to be... great but lost their staff and now not worth it . Read more
Service at all Dunkin' Not the same!! They have a good product. Coffee, Teas and especially the Matcha Tea absolutely delicious.... Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap any time of day is my go to! Cheers!! Read more
I may be a little biased since I lived in Philly and everyone is rude lol but this Dunkin has the nicest employees. Even when... something was wrong with my order they took care of it with the highest amount of customer service! Thank goodness you?re only aminute from me ???? Read more
Was going to order donuts with my iced coffee but my wife noticed bugs crawling on the pastry. And when we told the lady she... looked at it and just continue pull them out for Drive thru. Location on Tyron has its donuts behind glass and I think you guysshould too Read more
I come in here frequently and the staff always provides great customer service, but today they went above and beyond. I came in... with my dog and good friend looking for a refreshing milkshake (and some munchkins for the pup). Unfortunately their ice creamstorage container was down but they were able to make milkshake with the to-go ice cream. They went above and beyond to help usout. Great store!! Read more
