The customer service here is terrible! It seemed like the manager was the only person working! Every time I visit this location... there is drama going on with the staff! The renovations look really nice! The food and the donuts were good! What is obviousjust staff will do only what they want to do! And you can't keep yelling in front of customers! Had an awful experience this morning. Went to go grab breakfast at approximately 830am this morning and the service was awful my... boyfriend went to order my food and then the lady on the speaker just gave us our total. When we told her we wanted more sherushed us when we were still thinking about what we want so we just got two cold brews without having time to say if we wantedcream or sugar so we had them add it at the window. Then they had us pull around and wait for our coffees when she came out shedid not have my sandwich and only one straw for three coffees, as well as no napkins. I go there almost every day and they absolutely can't get anything right how do you forget yo put sugar after I ask for Xtra... Xtra time after time they can't keep employee's either I'm done throwing away my money here they must not drink coffee or theywouldn't serve this garbage . Hire some people or train them . Really tired of this place. I have been here for 5 years (before all the luxury condos went up), and we stopped coming about 2... years ago because not only was the service so bad, but we would get things like sour milk, and our food not cookedproperly. After the condos went up, we decided to give them a try again. We did have a nice time before today, but it wasapparently an isolated incident. What happens is there are usually 1 or 2 people who really try hard to give at least the bareminimum but the majority seems to really have some kind of toxic personalities where they really don't care and I think the onesthat do care do not last long because of this. Today I had food that was definitley undercooked. Totally unacceptable. I dontcare if service is bad, people are rude, or its just a hassle, but I draw the line at not cooking food thoroughly. We reallyhoped with the new people movimg into the area that thid Dunkin would be whipped into shape but it hasn't happened. I think nowpeople are just avoiding it. Whoever the corporate or franchise owners are, you guys have definitley lost a lot of money. I seenow all the amazing remodelling and upgrades that have happened but training and honest workers are your weakest point. Its beenthat way for a very very long time. Its really sad because like most people in the area, it is so close to our daily commute towork (before getting on 275 or 19) and I would literally come here everyday if you guys would just get it together. Im notreally sure how to suggest fixing the problem, but I would say you need a big change up in lower and middle management. Then Idtry real hard finding employees that actually give a darn. Lots of 1 star reviews.. not surprised at all. I would?ve gave 0 stars if I could. Awful and disgustingly rude service. Asked to... speak to a manager? turns out the rude lady was the ?shift lead?. What is happening to Dunkin? Each time I visit the Skyway Marina district location they have some major issue - today at 10am on... a Sunday they couldn?t serve any hot food because they were ?cleaning the ovens? at peak weekend breakfast time? Last time Icould t pay with my app. And there?s no way to log your receipt to get your points not to mention the inconvenience-you?recompany is the one who encourages the app use. Time before the worker handed me my coffee and spilled it on my arm, shirt andinside my car - he offered no help - i had to pull over and clean it and they wouldn?t give me a replacement. Went to this Dunkin twice in the last couple of weeks and ordered the same exact thing both times; two coffees and two food... items, and both times they got it wrong. The customer service here is awful. The staff is rude and incompetent. Today they werenasty and argumentative as well. I will NEVER go to this location again. Read more
