I stop occasionally to get my morning coffee fix and I love the coffee here. The lines can be a little busy in the morning but... overall worth the wait for coffee. The breakfast sandwich croissant are a little hard for my liking and I don't get the chanceto really enjoy my sandwich, most of the time I take a few bites and toss it away. Read more
This place was horrible my last visit. All that was in there were old men not even drinking using that wifi refusing to even... allow a wheelchair bound man a seat nr t the benches outside. We will need a very good rain to even come back. I'll eat pizzafrom now on. Your girls that were working on Saturday around 2pm were rude and unkind to him. We did not get a chance topurchase because she said bye see ya later. The checks and old men were able to do whatever they wanted so they can run the dumpI'll go to Publix across the street. The staff is always amazing, but I have to give credit to the manager Chis. We have been following every store that he has... worked at because we know he maintains the quality that we have come to expect from dunkin' donuts. Although we have a dunkin'donuts five blocks away we drive the extra 15 blocks to come because of Chris! Give that man a raise!? Read more
This is one of the most professional, friendly, kind, and clean Dunkin Donuts that I have ever visit on 8/8/22 (before 7am).... Every staff member greeted me and the manager, Jerrica, led by example. In general I don't stop at Dunkin much anymore because of the declining quality of their product's preparation and customer... service I receive at various locations. It put me off. Today, however, I stopped and got through a busy line, fast with hotfood, made well, drink on point. Very pleasant experience at this location today. Appreciated!!! Read more
By far the best Dunkin Donuts that I've ever visited in the State of FL. I drove through a few moments ago after I had just... received the worst tea and hash browns at another location. I wasn't even asking for anything, but the leader of this locationtook the initiative to make it right for me. Not to mention she up sold me at the drive thru. Her attitude was 1000% thecustomer experience that we look for when we go to a business. Keep up the good work at this DD. The croissant with sausage and egg tasted horrible! I didn't finish it and the chocolate covered donut tasted like they hadn't... changed the oil in months. Worst food ever! The girls were sweet and they were fine just the food was horrible. Read more
