You know what you're getting when you come here. Best to take it to go tbh as the location doesn't really have any ambiance.... Chicken was good; noticed they have party platters which is worth considering for the future... They were doing brisk businesswhen I came at around 4 on a Wednesday... Very disappointing experience. I arrived around 5pm on a Wednesday evening, staff was very slow to wait on me or even... acknowledge my presence. When I was finally able to order, they indicated that they were out of fried chicken and that it wouldbe at least 45 minutes before they could fill my order. No pleasantries, no apologies. They didn't have anything what I got was wrong when I got was burnt the oil tasted old the outside parking lot was filthy the... inside was filthy they had people asking for money on the outside. Even when I went back to make my order right they stilldidn't give me my right order. Would never recommend this place it should be shut down it is unbelievably dirty and their foodis disgusting. When I went, they were out of everything except for what I wanted. Every other customer was out of luck. ??????????? We arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening and attempted to place my order. The question I should have asked first was what... food do you have available. So the chicken sandwich was not available, the chicken tenders were not available and no rice. There were 3 employees at the time of my visit and not 1 even offered to make food. Please note this is not a case of beingshort staff or being out of product. The product was available however was still frozen.
