I gave Chuck E. Cheese 2 stars ONLY because of the measures they have in place for leaving and entering. Stamping you and your... child(ren) so that they can then only leave with the matching stamp on your wrist. And I just get this feeling like I'm stillbeing generous. Besides the security measure, this place is horrible. It's severely understaffed, the food is sub par, and thegames are extremely outdated and worn out. Almost every ride game with a cushion is cracked and some are even browned from wear.Handles on games are missing padding and cracking. The worst part is that it has been this way for a long time. They investnothing back into the place to repair or upkeep, let alone update games. Pricing per game is modest, but who cares how much itis when it's so old? Not to mention that if one malfunctions, it takes true effort to even locate a worker to request they fixit. They are supposedly going to do a full remodel later this year, but as it stands right now..... 2 stars. Read more

Great place for young and not so young! Very safe, temp checks before entering and hand-stamps for little ones and their... parents. We went with our grandson and he had a blast!! Machines for his pre-school level and adult level for grandpa! Pizza,drinks, food all available as well. We'll definitely bring him back for years of fun to come. Read more
Very clean, good food options, and extra friendly staff! Always impressed with how kind the management is! They are always... walking around making sure everyone is happy. The place was empty which was good for us but bad for business because it was a Saturday evening when we went. It was like we... had the place to ourselves, no long wait, each game was available and the atmosphere was not chaotic with screaming and runningkiddos!!! ???????? Prices were higher since the last time I've been...and no coupons was available that I knew about. Theservice changed from cast members bringing out your food to you receiving a buzzer and you have to get your own foodorder!! Seemed clean to me I assumed because it wasn't many people there...Overall CEC is not appealing like when I was a childbut preschool age children should appreciate going!!! Read more
