Every time I try to get food from this branch I?m told they are closed. I was even there at 11:30pm and the store was supposed... to be open until 1am. Worst location. Don?t get me wrong, the food is fine. I?m talking about the customer service. I consistently wait 30+ minutes... from mobile order to when it?s ready, and it?s not even busy! Last time, I accidentally mobile ordered at the wrong restaurant.So I?m standing in line cause you go inside to pick it up ? there?s no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Finally, a woman comesup and asks if I?d been helped, I tell her it?s a mobile order. She mutters something and shuffles to the back. I never see heragain. Another 10 minutes goes by, finally the manager comes up and is like, ?Uh, have you been helped sir?? I said ?oh it?s amobile order? thinking they?re still making it. He says ?let me check out your order? and that?s when I find out I mobileordered at the wrong restaurant. The point is, the mistake was all me for ordering at the wrong restaurant ? but why did I haveto wait for 20 minutes to find this out, while my wife referees hungry kids in the car. This particular Burger King was a mediocre ??? at best and here is why. I arrived in the afternoon and the restaurant nor the... drive-thru was busy, I waited inside with nobody in line for almost 10 minutes before the girl at the counter realized I existedand to be honest the overall atmosphere was not exactly friendly, and her defense she was not rude. When a customer has to waitthat long at a (not busy, well staffed) fast food restaurant, I think it's fair to expect the food should be hot. I ordered theSouthwestern Bacon Jr. Whopper meal. Once I was finally served, the southwestern Jr. bacon whopper was cold, the fries werebarely warm and the chicken nuggets tasted like rubber and were cold as well. The only reason I rated it a 3 ? is because theHershey's pie I ordered for dessert (of which of course is pre-made) was delicious, otherwise the overall experience was a 2?. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins while they took 2 cars before me in the other lane so I went inside. Girl at the counter... skipped me again. The broiler was down but they didn't bother to explain that. The food was good but fast food shouldn't take 45mins. Woman next to me asked for complementary drinks do to the inconvenience but once again It wasn't offered to me but the guynext to me got one. Poor customer service all around. Read more
