I wanted to like bula but their kava isn?t the quality I thought it would be. Also owner/workers can be rude and nasty? not... consistent. I wanted to like this place bc I love and appreciate the GENUINE kava community in our area but this was justdisappointing. Favorite neighborhood kava spot. Laidback, outdoor beach-y vibe with lots of hangout space. The drinks are always high quality... and the kava tenders genuinely care about their clientele and the well-being of the bar. They?re constantly updating withrenovations, new games to play (e.g. wii switch & ping pong tables), and overall improving the vibe and quality of theenvironment. The drinks are actually affordable (unlike some places in town!) and whether you want to socialize or relax, youcan do both easily here. Really cool place! Great hippie/tropical vibe, with tons of kombucha and kava. I have gone to bula multiple times during day the girl with long blonish brown hair is always so stoned out of her mind. I wait... and wait for order why she is constantly talking about mushrooms and doing drugs. She just looks at me waiting to order andignores me. I highly suggest not going during the day because of the the girl that works there. She is highly disrespectful andrude. Read more
