My husband and I always stop at this Steakhouse when we visit Gulf Shores. We ordered online with curbside pickup and the food... is always great as if we were eating inside the restaurant. Another plus is LINDSAY (waitress), she is always friendly, veryprofessional and keep a smile on her face and in her voice even if she have to go back inside for something that I forgot to askfor. Kudos to Lindsay for her consistency and providing excellent customer service doing the difficult times that we are stillin. Again, thank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon!!!! Was the best meal I had all week while down on the coast, ate at what was supposed to be some stand out places and Longhorn... Steak House beat them all. Ted was a awsome waiter. Read more
Meal was delicious. I had a Parmesan Crusted 9oz Flo's Filet (perfect medium as requested), with potatoes and broccoli.... Unfortunately service was lackluster. Missing items. Slow refills (or none at all for some of us). Server was gracious butseemed like he was having a tough day. Read more
Our waitress was very kind and did her best to keep us with refills and anything else we asked of her. However, the older... gentleman seating guests proved to be socially aggressive and even mocked me at one point as I tried to celebrate my 21stbirthday. He also refused to sell an alcohol based drink to me because I had an out of state ID that was a Restricted Licensedue to a past incident in AR. Food was great, our waitress was great, but I would?ve enjoyed my time better without a hatefulset of eyes and mouth from an inconsiderate employee. Other than that, not so bad. : ) Read more
The food was good but definitely not a high quality steak house which the price refelects so no real complaints. The plating... was messy, guest service was okay but the food was what you are paying for. Read more
We were waited on by a very kind gentleman who said we were his first ever table! He had a waitress teaching him and they were... both great. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty! Chain restaurants tend to follow quality and consistency standardsso you can rely on a great meal each time. Their salads are one of my favorite things to order, though tonight I opted for themelty cheesy Ribeye sandwich and fries. My husband had the Ribeye steak and loaded baked potatoe. I just got two side salads for ten bucks it came with a loaf of bread that was hot. And my Togo server was so nice. She deserves... a raise and promotion for being bright cherry.
