I have never been to a burger king that iv actually liked. Staff are always in a bad mood. Food is never cooked all the way.... Food always taste nasty but if you are short on cash food here is cheap I guess you get what you pay for. Read more
Dont eat here for lunch. Some reviewers have said breakfast service is better... Unfortunately this was the worst fast-food... location I've ever been too. I usually don't go to BK but this location during post lunch was extremely disappointing. The drivethrough took 15 minutes and there was only one other person in the drive through. We orderes a Bacon King and it had no bacon atall. The food was cold by the time we were going to eat and just not appealing or appetizing on top of not having bacon we paidfor. Very slow service. Waited 10 minutes for food and there was nobody even there. Ordered whopper junior meal. The sandwich was... more like a slider than a whopper junior. It was so small as we're the fries. I think it was more like a kids meal and theycharged me over $7.00 for it. What a rip-off. Read more
The ladies who work the breakfast shift are awesome! We ate here a few times while vacationing in Gulf Shores and they took good... care of us! They are all very friendly. The first time we ate here, my husband forgot to ask for no eggs on my croissant andthey fixed it for me, no problem! We really appreciate these ladies who work so hard in the morning! Read more
Ordered a simple 2 for 10 chicken meal, waited TWENTY MINUTES in the drive thru AFTER I placed my order for my food. There were... 3 cars ahead of me when I placed my order, and it was at least 8 minutes before even the first of those cars moved from thewindow. The other cars went a bit faster. Then I get to the window, they hand me my drinks, I pay, and they tell me to "pull upa bit" because my food was JUST NOW being dropped into the fryer. I worked in fast food during high school and would have beenabsolutely chewed out for this kind of time in line. We had timers and alarms for every car in line, and it kept you on yourtoes. I will remember that this is no longer a ?fast? food establishment. Very poor service as I had to pay for my food. Iwould have left if not for that fact. No apology or anything for the extreme delay. This is the second time in recent monthsthat we have been disappointed in the service. Also, note there was NO ONE ordering in the dining room while I was waiting. My wife and I ordered two meals. When we sat down to eat, we discovered we were missing one burger and fry, so back to the... counter where it took about 10 minutes to get the order. After returning to table, discovered they had given me the wrong(cheaper) burger, so back to the counter for another wait of about 5 minutes. Our order is seldom correct at this location.Therefore we do not use the drive-up window. In fact, we will not use this location again even though it is very close to ourhouse. Rated a 2 instead of 1 because the food was fairly good after finally getting the right order. Read more
Food was cold, missing half my order, drinks flat... I've been at work all day and sure as heck not driving back out to get the... rest of my order. Guess I got robbed by BK in Gulf Shores! You might can get away with that with all the tourists but those ofus that actually live here work every day just like y'all do and would appreciate everything being right..
