We've been to the Whataburger near Auburn, AL and it was FANTASTIC. This experience was truly awful. Order was wrong, the food... was barely warm (cheese was cold and not melted), and the flavor was hugely lacking. Again, we've had great Whataburger and thiswas just bad. I was baffled at how busy the location was for the low quality of the product. We'll try this chain again, but notthis location. Read more
Restroom needed some attention. Cleanliness. Supplies. Loved that our food was delivered to us at our table. And on the bright... side, I forgot to ask for ketchup yet an employee came to our table and asked did we need condiments and then brought a box tous from which to choose. Read more

We used to have a walk up Whataburger in my hometown of Augusta, Ga when I was younger. They burgers was so good. I didn't know... it was a chain until I was working in IT, and traveling to Texas. I thought that was the only place, I was so glad I was able toget the good food from Whataburger while in Pensacola. It was pouring down raining, so I went inside. It was clean and staff wasfriendly.
