They lack the knowledge of knowing what the ingredients on the sandwiches listed on the Subway website have. They seem to make... it the customer's responsibility to know what the menu should be. They are incompetent. Read more
If you get the steak & cheese, pay the extra charge to make it deluxe. You'll be disappointed if you don't.
I have not been to a Subway in about 10 years but I was intrigued by their new menu. I have to say both Subs I purchased were... very good. Better than I remembered Subway to be. The price was higher but I would rather pay a little more for betterquality. I think they are on the right track. Read more

Place my order on the touch screen drive-thru menu. Proceeded to the drive-thru window and sat there for 10 plus minutes... waiting someone to come to the window. No one came so I left. Just because the window is mirror tinted doesn't mean I can't seeyou looking over at me. If you want to present somebody with a TIPS APPRECIATED jar do something more than just the minimum ofyour job requirements. Read more
The bread was stale and hard, vegetables were soggy and wilted and the tea urn really needs to be sanitized better so that the... sweet tea does not come out tasting like moldy tea. I was actually really disappointed in this trip to Subway because mydaughter and I go here quite often and we love it and it usually tastes great and hopefully now that this door has a competentcapable hard-working Female manager!!
