The order was quite simple but I received my egg bites under cooked which just sucks so those were wasted. Now the muffin was... good...and my drink was made twice but incorrect both times and 3rd time was nit a charm...so I just gave it back and walkedout. Decent - the staff there was not very friendly and honestly, for being a Starbucks was disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee... and a bagel with cream cheese. When I tried to ask the staff for a knife/utensils that were missing in my bag two didn?tacknowledge me while making drinks one even rolled her eyes. I get that Starbucks is busy and her job was manning the coffeemachine but - I had to wait in line again to ask the cashier worker and clearly she was annoyed that I was not given theknife/utensils initially, however, I don?t work there so ?????????????????????? Great location! The service was quick via mobile app and drive-thru. They were sold out of the scone despite the app letting me... order it. They made it right without even me saying anything...they gave me a gift card. A+, first class service! That is greatcustomer service. Read more
I come to this Starbucks all the time and always have a good experience. This morning stood out above all other visits! Abby at... the drive-thru was wonderful and gave the best insight on drink recommendations. She was so nice at the window and made greatconversation. I know good staff is hard to find, especially around a beach town, but these people are just terrible. They couldn?t be less... interested or put in less effort unless they simply stopped showing up. I know it?s probably not an exciting job, but at leastpretend to be interested. Read more
Im never one to write negative reviews but I feel like I need to warn people about this Starbucks! I go to Starbucks almost... every day for a salted carmel cream cold brew and had stopped here on the way to watch the sunrise on the beach with myboyfriend and the lady in the drive through was very rude to me and proceeded to tell me she could not make the drink the way Iasked. I had been there the previous day with no issues so she was just too lazy to make it the same way. My boyfriends drinkwas also handed to us only 3/4 of the way full. When you are paying upwards of $5 for a drink you expect it to be made rightand treated with respect. Read more

Service in this Starbucks?s location is generally poor but today was worse than normal. After waiting in line 5 minutes with... nobody else in line I make my order (repeating it twice) and pay. 10 minutes later they call my name to tell me they have nohot cups - none of any size. They are also now out of lids as well. My choices were to order a cold drink or get a refund. Iopt for the refund and note that they refunded the drinks but not the tip! I only gave them 1 star because 0 is notavailable. Checked my account two hours later and still no refund! Just checked back - they credited my coffee but kept thetip! Read more
