Idk how the store was a while back, but I?ve been coming here the past few months and it is one of the best Popeyes I?ve ever... been to. The manager here is always friendly and it seems like he runs a tight ship. From the looks of past reviews of thestore, he has really turned this place around. These guys deserve a shout out for great service and food. We always get the bone-in chicken, red beans and rice, and mashed... potato and gravy...and occasionally the seasoned fries. We just visited the Popeyes in Gulf Breeze, FL around 5:15 pm. First, when got home we found our $50+ order short, we called... back to the store and talked to the manager. He said he was too tired and overworked to check the orders. My wife ask why we didnot get a receipt and he said it was not his problem that they were out of paper. He did say that he would give us the missingorder, but only if we returned tonight as he was not working tomorrow. He was very rude throughout this conversation. If therestaurant had been open we could have been able correct the problem while there. We will never return!! Read more

Would give zero stars is possible. Totally screwed up order. Not even close. And that?s after waiting way too long for Popeyes... food. They missed an order of fries and an entire 3 pc combo. And after asking us about sauce three times. Gave us none. Forsome reason their dine in was closed but they seemed to have enough staff inside. Manager was rude when we called to complain. Read more

I wished I could give 0 stars just like in Fort Walton Beach. They messed up my order - can?t refund me. Food is cold - workers... are Overworked and get an attitude with their customers. Called Popeyes customer service and they couldn?t help me either but torefund one meal that was missing. Don?t waste your time here - get your chicken from cross the street from Publix. Paid $70 formy order to be messed up and cold. Edit: they still didn?t refund me after going personally to Popeyes and calling theircustomer service. Both very unprofessional. Co manager Dennis was so upset with me that he took off his mask to yell at me (hecouldn?t decide if he wanted to keep it on or off) but his coworker Tyler was able to keep his co manager down because Tylerunderstood the whole thing. Dennis was upset working 12+ hours. I understand that it?s not easy for fast food workers right nowbut it still doesn?t make it right to charge $70 for cold chicken and fries and I didn?t even get what I ordered. Some odd reason I was craving Popeyes spicy chicken on the way home. To my surprise a new one on HWY 98 appeared so I stopped to... dine in. Service was real fast and efficient. Before I had my drink filled at the self service fountain area my combo was ready.Now the size of the chicken breast was much larger than the bun. The pickels were large and crisp....better than fil-a... I haveto add. Now was this a fluke at a Popeyes or do they have it under control. Either way today was great. Read more
