Very upset. They closed at midnight. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 10:30. I Paid. Never got my pizza delivered to me. I kept... checking the tracking and it would say preparing. I got a text saying it?s taking longer than expected. It?s now 12:10. I ordermy pizza at 10:30. I just checked the app again and it said they canceled my order. I will not be ordering from here ever again.I will be calling to get my money back. Read more

Ordering online is not easy for me when requesting half and half pizza; therefore, I did not get the special pricing, as I had... to call my order in. The young lady was nice and friendly and I could understand her and received my pizza in the time framethat she stated and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. The driver waited outside my house for 20 minutes in his car, and I specifically asked for no contact delivery because I have... Covid. After growing impatient, because my food was getting cold, I went outside and he complained saying he was waitingforever. Food was cold by time I got it. Wasn?t even good. We did carry-out & the young man (I believe his name is Sebastian) was excellent in customer service! Very pleasant, smiled,... made eye contact, helped us & was just all around nice! All those qualities are few it seems now a days for so many places.Especially in the food industry! He did a great job! Sebastian didn?t make our pizzas BUT they were yummy as well!! Verypleased! Horrible! Said it was on the way which was 12 minutes away. A little over 30 minutes later they finally pulled into hotel after... passing it up.. Pizza was cold by time it got here. Half of most the slices were just crust and didn't have sauce/toppings.Taste wasn't up to par. Driver even asked if I had a pen he could use cause he didn't bring one. Highly disappointed. We ordered on the Papa Johns App on Sunday, 10/5 at 5:48 pm. Once our order was placed, the app indicated that delivery was... estimated in 26-36 minutes. It should have been here between 6:14 pm and 6:24 pm. After waiting for 55 minutes, I called thelocal restaurant to check on our order. We were told that it would be there within five minutes. It was not here within fiveminutes. It finally did show up at 6:56 pm, more than an hour after ordering or 68 minutes. The breadsticks were burned. Notsurprisingly, the pizza and breadsticks were not hot. We did not receive an apology when we called. We are very disappointed inthe quality of the food and the customer service. Read more
Ordered pizza through on-line system. This location used DoorDash to deliver pizza. Was never notified of over a 30-minute... late delivery. Then, pizza was delivered to someone else. Never received. I would never order pizza from this Papa John?s. Read more
