Not making the cups available to the diners is just so unbelievably stupid, considering you did have them available inside for... so long. This negatively affects people who ARE actually paying for the sip club subscription the most; if I don?t order in mydrink WAY ahead of time, I literally have to just sit and wait for someone to come and put a singular plastic cup with my nametaped to it on the shelf. When traveling, you should be able to go to Panera and expect a moderate to high level of quality and cleanliness. Do not... expect that here. At 4:30pm, every single table (not exaggerating) was filthy. We picked one to sit at that had the least amountof debris/crumbs. The floors are covered in crumbs and trash. The sandwich was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten at Panera. Nocare was taken in putting it together. The drink station looked almost unsanitary. What ever happened to getting a piece ofbread with my soup? Which, by the way was just warm. I expect soup to be served hot. Even the cookie tasted a little stale. Thewhole time we ate, there was never any attempt to clean the dining area. And they were definitely not busy. At all. I understandwhy the place was dead. The locals must know better than to go here. Thus location is so much more busy and the staff are way nicer than the Panera on hwy 21 in covington, Louisiana. Beach life... makes people here happy.. salad and chicken sandwich Read more

Sometimes their ice machine is down at the beverage station butthey ice available behind the counter. Large cups seem to have supply chain issues. Unlimited refills helps when in-storeofficing. I visited Panera Bread. The service was not so great at the drive thru window. My toasted bagel was a burned bagel. And my cafe... latte had lots of coffee grinds in it. :/ maybe next time will be better. Read more
