My wife loves the cup of potato soup and we brought her sister to try it. It was awful. There were 1 or 2 potato cubes in both... cups and they were cold. Her sister got sick from it and there wasn't any cheese in either cup. We told them it was cold and notgood and all they offered to do was microwave it. Best sandwich anywhere plus the friendliest service on the Gulf Coast.
Sandwich was good. Potato soup was thin, but had good flavor. Overall, I think it's overpriced for what you get.
Bad service. Nobody told us when our order was ready. Neck beard guy with glasses was cool tho
I really like Fire House and usually get the New York Steamer with jalapeños. Sandwich was dang good! Fast service, great... food. A bit pricey but what isn't theses days. Read more
Date: Aug 30 Time: 6:34pm, 1 Male behind the counter, 3 - 4 females, I paid, received sub, then before I left, I turned around... and when I asked about the meal sizes in relation to length of sandwich,the girl thought I was asking for a larger size sub, Ideclined and tried to ask where on the menu it states the length of sub,then the irate male responded with "DO YOU WANT IT FORFREE OR NOT?!". Dumbfounded, I declined again, told him my concern, and since he bothered to listen, his attitude changedsimilar to a level headed human being, and told me that they tell the customer verbally the meal size in relation to sandwichsize.. What kind of training did this mongrel get for customer service? None? Calm yourself, if you hate your job then findanother one. Sheesh. Read more
