Good service and much better deals than most other pizza places around.
Normally, I rate my store a 5 star, but today, the pizza was cut incorrectly. No one bothered to apologize or tell me that... another pizza was being made until after another pizza was made, which took an additional 15 minutes. Then, I was just told,"Sorry." Nothing else. No attempt to also give the incorrectly cut pizza or the one I had to wait for on the house or a freepizza next time. Seriously? What has happened to customer services, especially for us regulars?!? This particular Dominos has consistently made some delicious and appealing pizzas. The owner(s) should be beyond pleased to... have talented folks preparing the pizzas. How can anyone mess up a pizza you ask. Just look at the fierce advertising tocompete for your taste buds. This place is or should be a model for how lots of ingredients from edge to edge should be. If all you?re ordering is pizza, I?m sure it?s fine. Other than that, the brownies are always burned, little to no sauce on... wings, cinnamon bread is just bread, same with garlic knots and they constantly run out of salads. Literally go anywhere else. Read more
This experience was not up to standards. While the pizza is good, the service was less than good as was the staff attitude. ... They were late with pickup so we received a free pie within the next week. We went to get the free pie and we were told nofree pizza. They misrepresent themselves. Read more
We ordered a large pepperoni, and got a large cheese only, and a large veggie without black olives and replaced with jalapeno.... Neither pizza was made correctly and we gave a 20 percent tip before realizing what happened. Follow-up...we contacted ScottMagnes per the recommendation below, and he claims it wasn't his store's problem and said he couldn't find our order. Since allordering was online, including our payment (and the charge definitely went through) this sounds like an excuse not to help ussince we were just passing through. My family orders from this Dominos weekly and my orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Ordering in the app is... so easy that it makes dinner almost take care of itself. This store does a good job of staffing and seems to take care of theiremployees. Thanks for great service. Read more
