My order was taken in the drive thru by a very pleasant lady. This is always a good way to start ???? I ordered the fish strips... meal. The nice lady hands me my drink and ask me to pull forward. No problem. Got home, 1 mile away and sat down to eatimmediately. The fish is good for what it is and I would certainly order it again but the crinkle fries were not even warm andseemed to be not too fresh. Fries are important ???? The food at any Arby's as far as im concerned is just ok but we went through real quick the other day for a bite after the zoo... and the woman working the drive through was so nice and friendly. As far as I could tell she was the only one in there workingtoo. Just brought joy to my day to have such a friendly conversation with someone at a place I would never expect awesomeservice. Read more

Ordered 2 meals w 2 small shakes, and a side small coke and mozzarella stick. Get to the window and only have one fry. With a... very long line I politely bring it to their attention. They send a manager to the window to tell me the lady taking my ordersubstituted mozzarella sticks. Why? I didn?t ask for substitutions. Both manager and woman taking my order were rude. She said Iwould have to pay for a small fry, but the cost of that doesn?t equal out. Rather than make everyone wait on me while theyvoided/refunded the bill and put it in correctly I left?. Needed a quick bite before going grocery shopping (dangerous to shop on an empty stomach - Lol). Drive through service was fast,... repeated order, thanked me for stopping by, repeated order again at the pay window, order was correct and sandwich was good.Under $5. Read more
I'm just saying if I'm spending 13 dollars on as beef and cheddar I want my beef and the cheddar. Not a small dab at the top of... a double... Also fries were stale as a rock. When I call to mention it the lady on the phone doesn't say a word before handingthe phone over to the next person. Once I told I guess the manager he asked if I'm coming back (me not wasting my gas) said no.He responds with is that it?.... Done with this place. Read more
the staff was courteous and friendly and we received our food hot and our shakes were shaky...;)
