Ordered a coffee, tipped, barista (young female) took a regulars order (young male mid 20?s) struck up a conversation with him... and completely forgot about me and my coffee, waited almost 10 minutes, brought it up to her and she called me a liar. So I started working at Williams cafe two weeks ago only worked two days 5 hours each week. They never taught me how to make any... cold drink and food. And today store owner was working as well, he asked me to make a drink which I don?t know how to make itand he gets super mad at me. I forgot to ask a customer that if he would like any dessert or drink with his order then thisowner is getting so rude with me instead of just teaching me how to upsell the items. He asked me to grab receipts but i didn?tknow where it was when I asked him where I can find them, he said ?go find by yourself? like how would I know that. Also you arenot suppose to use the croissants if they are expired when they are using expired croissants when I said we are not suppose touse that, they tell me that they don?t care. Also working at Tim Horton and any other fast food restaurant I have seen that youcan?t use a sanitizer clothe after one or two uses but they use only old one dirty blue sanitizer clothe for everything. Yesterday i had the most amazing time at williams in stone road mall . Our cashier gary was amazing. He was attentive,... entertaining and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and service was very fast .we will definitely be going back soon . Read more
The employees were nice even though we went near closing. The stars were lost because I ordered a London Fog and it didn't... really taste like one sadly but rather just a regular tea with a splash of milk. The other unfortunate thing was that my cup wasabsolutely covered in syrup to the point that I'm not sure any actually made it into my drink. Read more
Very disappointed with the way this location has panned out. It would be one thing if the speed and accuracy of service had... improved since they opened, but if anything they're moving slower and taking less care now than they were a month ago. Thenthere's the dishonest, bait-and-switch policy changes. First they were offering a discount for mall staff, but didn't tellanyone it was only for a limited time. Now I imagine the majority of their business comes from mall staff right now, so I candeal with that ? they're not going to give a 10% discount to 80% of their customers. I get it. But then a few weeks later theydecide that they're now only willing to prepare certain items before noon. All just very disappointing, and why I'll be goingelsewhere from now on. Read more
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which come with bacon, eggs, avocado & spinach as well as an ice cappuccino & a cold brew. The... drinks were very good!
