Used to be my fav place but now every time I order, I get wings with no sauce, a pound of wings here is now 5 pieces, weighing... in at .6lbs with sauce. I paid +2$ up charge for .5oz of gravy. I have a feeling this owner is being super cheap. We will seewhat head office has to say, because I doubt this would be the brand standard. Last 4 orders have been really disappointing. Ionly eat here because of the sauces…now that I barely get any of that… it’s time to try wings up. Save your money. Read more

Owners are liars with poor ability to run a business. Visited yesterday for 1/2 price singles and was charged full price and... received no sides ( it’s supposed to come with it). We ordered 5 single sets of wings and thought the bill was high butdidn’t look at the bill until later. We called today to request a refund or some sort of credit but we’re told it was notpossible??. I have worked as a sever for over 10 years and also own a small business in Guelph. This is simply not true andawful customer service. To the owners- pocketing a small amount of cash instead of having repeat customers is bad business and apoor way to operate in the long run. Customer service was poor anyways, we had to request everything 10x and then gaveup. Definitely won’t be back. Read more
Eastview location. Was so excited to have a new restaurant in our area. Servers are great and helpful but kitchen and management... not so much. Every time lately each person gets there food at a different time. Everyone was almost done eating last night before I got my meal. It was mixed up and I had to pay for poutine I didn’t order but it was good so didn’t complain. Lastwing night it was busy owner calls in staff on their night off and he finally arrives and does nothing. Stands there observing.Help buddy pickup dishes, deliver food anything. Be grateful your staff came in on a day off after you demanded they show up.Hope they can get it figured out before they lose their customers. New Wild Wing - Guelph East Side. Brand new restaurant that we decided to check out. Nice space and friendly staff. Everyone is... new and did a great job. However, for a WING restaurant, the wings were incredibly small! The wings at Victoria’s Pizza aretwice as big. For the price, they really need to get bigger wings. Read more
$116.25 for the WORST service and meal I have ever had. The restaurant had 3 tables seated when we arrived, all the booths were... dirty and empty! We were greeted with a server in a sports bra, I know what your thinking… but no not someone you’d want tosee in a sports bra. Took 5 min to get the menus, 10 minutes to get out drinks (which were sent back because the lines in thecoke machine were dirty). Appetizers were rough, the calamari was burnt and hard, the broccoli bites were empty!! When the wingscame out we only got the bone in and we were done 4lbs before my friends boneless arrived!! The fries were actually cold whenthey arrived and were microwaved after we said something. The order of onion rings came with 6 rings. It took forever to get thebill and over an hour and a half for terrible food and even worse service! It’s apparent why it’s 2.4 stars on yelp. Read more
I have been visiting wild wings every week for a year when I come into Guelph. I usually have a salad and it has always been... fresh with a generous amount of chicken. The service is pleasant and the owners if you do get a chance to see them always speak.You need to go, now that things are opening up, support local. Read more
8 people arrive, 8 people order. 45 minutes later 4 people get their wings. The other 4 people got nothing. No offer for... drinks No napkins , never came to the table again. Finally after another 45 minutes of being ignored the wings arrive under thelights and sit there for 20 minutes, after asking for them to be brought to us , they were moonrocks. Sad really , not evenbusy. Totally disorganized Disgusting tap beer. Smelt like dirty mop bucket. Restaurant is dirty and smells, tables are sticky,the tap Beer stink so bad. Honestly the most disgusting place ive ever been in. Im shocked we weren't all sick from thisplace. You’d be better off throwing your $ down the drain. Complete waste of time and money. Never will return. 8 people willtell 100 people never to recommend. The owners of this business should have their franchise taken away, or at the minimum becompletely re trained and regularly checked on, but this location is too far gone. Read more
