Visited Wendys for the first time in years as usually when I finish work at 2.30am they're closed. However, this time I left... work early and decided on something new and I'm glad I did! I got a baconator combo and everything was hot and tasty, -well doneto the crew. Looked like the guy at the window was new and practicing a phrase he wasn't familiar with "Have a good one" . Today I was at this Wendy's location and got a Dave's signal burger and ones I lifted up the burger and see what was under the... burger in the package. I had to throw out my meal. Look at photo please it looks like a cockroach leg. OMG really upsetting ???? Read more
Whomever runs this place should be promoted to a national role (I'm assuming ownership and/or management has not changed in a... long time). I've worked in the area for more than 15 years. I would like to know why a Blazin Baconator is $2+ cheaper through the app versus buying it directly from the store? How can... that be legal to have the same item at 2 different price, and considering you can only order through the app with a credit cardis another way to limit your customer engagement. The people were friendly except right at the end when I felt they tried to rush us out of the drive through, as in he hadn?t... even finished passing us our stuff before he was like ?thank you goodbye?. My big issue is the food - I shouldn?t be gettingsick every time I eat here. I love Wendys but good lord it shouldn?t feel like lead in my stomach. Terrible customer service. Ordered a Dave?s Double, no mayo, among several other meals for my family. When given our order, I... was given a baconater instead. I went to the counter to exchange for what I actually ordered and was argued with by the lady atthe counter. She proceeded to tell me that that is what I ordered, which was wrong. I walked away, not looking forconfrontation, just a burger I ordered (of lesser value). The lady at the counter then proceeded to argue with my wife, and madea snarky comment after turning around saying ?no he didn?t? when discussing what he actually DID order. This was Friday,December 2nd around 3-4pm. A so disgusted by this customer service. Will never be returning. Read more
