Just order a pizza at 530 and my pizza still have not arrived. I?ve called the store twice now and they are not giving me a... reason as to why my order has not been delivered. Ordered a thick crust pizza with extra cheese. It was delivered and the dough was raw. Called to get a replacement and they... blamed ME for not ordering the pizza "well done". THEY SHOULD KNOW HOW LONG THE PIZZA NEEDS TO COOK TO BE COMPLETELY COOKED. IDON'T WORK THERE. I should be able to order a pizza and have it delivered cooked well. They wouldn't send a replacement. Pizza, this time was back to normal; they honored making it right. Always have loved the pizza here for its price, and wings... are great!! UPDATE, after issues again. My wife got a deal so the guy on the phone said while I was at work, so 2-4 toppingpizzas and garlic bread and wings. Now wings and bread are always good, pizza usually. But now she ordered just cheese on 1pizza, and I believe a Canadian pizza. Now I get it that she didn't make use of the toppings, but there was almost no cheese onthe cheese pizza. Like, give someone a break with how much they are paying and not even cheese normal amount on a cheese pizza.The other looked fine but my 4-year-old that only eats cheese pizza was incredibly upset. She kept saying it's just bread anddidn't want to eat it. So sad to say, but we are no longer customers here as its the second time out of 3 lately,they used tobe good, but someone new or something like that is making it unsatisfactory in even the smallest manner. Normally very happy with our orders but very disappointed with our most recent order. We ordered pizza and wedges, and the... pizza was as expected no issues, and delicious. But I couldn't figure out at first where the BURNT smell was coming from...until I opened up the wedges... They were not toasted, not slightly overcooked, they were burnt, but time burnt. I am reallyshocked and disappointed that this was delivered to us, and that they didn't correct this issue and re-cook the wedges. Poorcustomer service not to correct this... Read more
