Ordered a thick crust pizza with extra cheese. It was delivered and the dough was raw. Called to get a replacement and they... blamed ME for not ordering the pizza "well done". Normally very happy with our orders but very disappointed with our most recent order. We ordered pizza and wedges, and the... pizza was as expected no issues, and delicious. But I couldn't figure out at first where the BURNT smell was coming from...until I opened up the wedges... They were not toasted, not slightly overcooked, they were burnt, but time burnt.
