Ordered pizza at 10:30 and it said it would be delivered ASAP. The pizza never showed up and we waited for about an hour and... then tried calling. The store had closed by then but they did not even call or notify us that the pizza wouldn?t be delivered.We only ordered that late because on the main website it said they were open until 1AM. We did get charged though. Called thenext day for a refund and was told that they can?t refund us. Very disappointing. We used to order from here all the time, I'm remembering why we stopped. First off I will state that I gave... 2 stars because my order arrived fast, the delivery driver was friendly, and the order was hot & accurate. The problems: 1) Thepineapple had obviously been sitting out, as it was vinegar-y. My kids described it as having a toothpaste flavour. This wasespecially a problem since we got pineapple on both our XL pizzas. 2) The dough was so tough that it was like chewing on thepizza box itself! 3) Everything tasted so bland that we may as well have just eaten the pizza box. The quality was not that great. I have asked specifically for well done . But dot the pizza which was not backed well. The... bottom of the base was latterly not backed and was left over chewy.
