Last time when I visited this Tim, manager her self forgot to make my order and after 15 minutes when I asked aboutthe order she replied what can I do if we forget to make the order. Visited this tim hortons all the way driving from waterloo, asked harit(an indian guy... working there) to open the door to go to washroom I can?t describe my condition being unwell asking several times literallybegged to go to washroom he didn?t open the door and i have to literally pee outside tim hortons parking area. Being a owner ofthe hotel and as into hospitality industry its a basic right to go to washroom for anyone but there was no humanity with anyoneworking there?literally after begging so much i feel there is no humanity with anyone i feel so numb thinking all this and thenwriting this review to let the owners and all the higher authorities to know the basic necessities for the people as businessruns on behalf of people not with basic ethics.
