The burger is pretty good even if the price is quite high. The size on the other hand... Take the big mac, getting ever smaller... and smaller, this burger is even smaller than that and it was 12.99... The fries are very average as well, would probably notcome here again unfortunately. We usually go to the Waterloo location, decided to grab some cali burgers and strawberry shakes to go - the milk was rancid in... the strawberry shakes? they were sour and ruined the meal???? the burgers weren?t comparable at all - condiments were also notfresh either. We bought chicken strips from Burger Priest at Stone Road Mall, Guelph, for the first time last night. Strips were over fried... and tasted bitter, kind of charcoal! Staff at the teller was polite but didn't explain to us that strips comes with BBQ sauce.As a result we paid for a BBQ sauce and found two sauces in the packet. Read more
The token chicken burger was amazing and the regular Burger rocked. Downside: The poutine came with hardly any gravy, hence 4... stars. I ate the top layer of it and it hardly had any gravy at all on that layer. Fries are super tasty though! Thank goodnessfor asking for ketchup. Read more
Not a do over for me. The burger was okay, similar to the In-N-Out Burger in the USA; nothing to get excited about. The fries... were good and lots of them. We asked for ours to be extra crispy and they were really good. The shakes were amazing and youcould add one to your combo for only $2 more? well worth it and similar to Shake Shack?s! Read more
For some reason this location is always consistently lower quality than any other Burger's Priest. It is very comparable to a... McDonald's burger (thin, cooked well done, no exterior crust just a tasteless grey patty) for 3x the cost. I think the kitchenneeds to be retrained to maintain the standards of this franchise.
